  1. Warranty of Merchantability
All our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.
   
  2. Terms of Warranty
All warranty conditions are stated in the product information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.
   
  3. Price Of Items
All prices listed on SHOPDEVIE.COM are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions or otherwise according to terms and conditions stated on the promotional cards issued by Shopdevie.
   
  4. Delivery Mode and Costs
NO additional charges will be imposed for local mail postage within Singapore. Cash Upon Delivery and Registered Articles Mail options are available upon customers' request and addition surcharge will be imposed.

For oversea customers, SHOPDEVIE.COM would inform you of the additional shipping charges upon confirmation of your orders via email.

For personalized gifts, add three additional business days for processing.
   
  5. Payment
Processing All payments will be made in cash upon delivery or through bank transfer and shall only in Singapore Dollars. We do not accept Visa, MasterCard, NETS & Corporate cheque payments. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

For oversea customers, payments will be made using Paypal system.
   
  6. Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer

  7. Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer through means of email within 24 hours upon successful submission of Shopdevie’s electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
 
  8. Returns and Exchanges
Please note once all goods that are delivered and accepted by the receiver are not entitled for any returns or exchanges for cash. In the event of any dissatisfaction, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. Please contact our hotline at 82986810 and arrangements would be made to facilitate prompt exchange/refund.

Customer or their appointed receiver of goods is strongly advised to check and make sure all items are as ordered before accepting.

All goods offered are subject to availability and Shopdevie.com reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible to offer an alternative item.

At SHOPDEVIE.COM, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your delivered goods due to wrong item sent or not in good working condition, defected goods will then be redelivered with a new piece at a non chargeable delivery fee.
   
  13. Trade In System
Trade In value amount will be based on the up-to-date Trade In value list and only Shopdevie.com products can be used for Trade In. Hard or soft copy of the sales Receipt(s) for the Trade In item(s) MUST be presented to identify the item(s) as purchased from Shopdevie.com.

Trade In item(s) can only be accepted if they are in reasonable condition and are still able to perform its intended function. No refund of difference in trade-in value, if any.
